Abstract:
Rhodanasy jsou enzymy, vyskytující se téměř ve všech organismech od bakterií až po člověka. Jsou to enzymy patřící do skupiny thiosíran:kyanidsulfurtransferas. Jejich základní funkce je štěpení vazby mezi dvěma atomy síry vyskytující se v thiosíranu za tvorby síry a siřičitanu. Jedním z proteinů patřících do skupiny rhodanas je i protein P28. Abstract:
Rhodaneses are enzymes occurring in almost all organisms from bacteria to humans. They are enzymes, which belongs to the group of thiosulfate:sulfurtransferases. Their basic function is to cleavage the bond between two sulfur atoms present in thiosulfate to form sulfur and sulfite. One of the proteins is also known as protein P28.
