Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku realizace vysoké dostupností v relačních databázových systémech s použitím open-source nástrojů. This thesis deals with a problem of realisation of high availability in relational database systems with open-source software. Readers are introduced to the concept of synchronous and asynchronous replication mode and pros and cons of their usage.
