Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení energetické náročnosti budovy a jejím následným optimalizováním. Cílem práce je návrh konkrétního architektonického a stavebně – konstrukčního řešení objektu hotelu s restaurací. Dále v textové části diplomové práce je řešeno hodnocení tepelně-technických parametrů konstrukcí na systémové hranici budovy s posouzením energetické náročnosti budovy navrženého objektu hotelu s restaurací za pomocí programu „Energie“. Získané výsledky jsou analyzovány a jsou navržena opatření k dalšímu zlepšení. Čtenáři se diplomovou prací mohou inspirovat a mohou z ní vycházet při vlastním návrhu potřebných technologií objektu. Práce se nezaobírá možnou architektonickou úpravou za účelem optimalizace budovy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of evaluation of energy performance of a building and its subsequent optimization. The goal of the work is the design of a specific architectural and structural solution for a hotel with a restaurant. Further, in the text part of the diploma thesis, the evaluation of the thermal-technical parameters of structures at the system boundary of the building is dealt with, with the assessment of the energy demand of the building of the proposed object of a hotel with a restaurant using the "Energie" program. The obtained results are analyzed and measures for further improvement are suggested. Readers can be inspired by the diploma thesis and can use it as a basis for their own design of the necessary technologies of the object. The work does not deal with a possible architectural modification in order to optimize the building.
