Téma této bakalářské práce je součástí soutěžního práva. Ve třech kapitolách jsou zpracované základní pojmy z oblasti ochranných známek a nekalé soutěže. První kapitola se zaměřuje na ochranné známky - zápis, absolutní a relevantní důvody pro odmítnutí zápisu, práva plynoucí z vlastnictví ochranných známek. The theme of this thesis is part of competition law. The main features of trademarks and unfair competition law are described in three chapters. The first chapter deals with trademark law – registration, ownership and classification. The second chapter is focused on unfair competition – especially general clause.
