Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pojištění pro případ úpadku CK a na celkovou problematiku cestovního ruchu v ČR. This thesis is focused on insurance of the solvency of tour operators and on issues of a travel market in the Czech republic. At the beginning of the thesis are presented law and legislative rules, which influence the functioning of the travel agents and the tour operators.
