Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci se zaměřením na zvládání konfliktů na pracovišti. Cílem je posoudit stávající stav, určit možné příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Teoretická část vymezuje význam, úkoly a činnosti řízení lidských zdrojů, popisuje typy konfliktů na pracovišti, jejich příčiny, způsoby řešení těchto konfliktů a také se zabývá prevencí konfliktů na pracovišti. Praktická část se věnuje představení vybrané organizace, analýze systému řízení lidských zdrojů a zvládání konfliktů na pracovišti s využitím dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení systému řízení lidských zdrojů a zvládání konfliktů ve vybrané organizaci.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with human resources management in selected organization with focus on conflict management in the workplace. The aim is to assess the current situation, identify possible opportunities for improvement and propose appropriate solutions. The theoretical part defines the importance, tasks and activities of human resource management, describes the types of conflicts in the workplace, their causes, ways to resolve these conflicts and also deals with the prevention of conflicts in the workplace. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of the selected organization, analysis of the human resources management and conflict management in the workplace using a questionnaire survey among employees. The result of the work are proposals for improving the systém of human resources management and conflict management in the selected organization.
