In the Bachelor´s thesis I deal with the issue of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company NWT, a.s. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will contain basic concepts of motivation, theory of motivation, rules of motivation and manager´s personality.
