Mathematical models of chemical oscillations
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme tématu vzniku bifurkací, konkrétně Hopfovy bifurkace, a to v chemických systémech. V práci jsou uvedeny dva modely, ve kterých se vyskytuje Hopfova bifurkace. Díky tomu, že se v systému Hopfova bifurkace objeví, vznikají limitní cykly a díky nim můžeme pozorovat oscilace (například změnu barvy roztoku).
Abstract:
In this thesis we study subject of bifurcations, specifically Hopf bifurcation in chemical systems. In the thesis there are two models with occurence of Hopf bifurcation. Thanks to appearance of Hopf bifurcation, limit cycles appear, we can observe oscillations (for example change in color of the solution).
