Abstract:

Smyslem této bakalářské práce je popsat a analyzovat sportovní infrastrukturu, sportovní aktivity ve městě Valašské Klobouky a přiblížit je občanům. Teoretická část popisuje základní názvosloví z oblasti sportu, z legislativy sportu v České republice, tak i Evropské unie. Dále popisuje jednotlivé způsoby financování, které se dají v oblasti sportu využít a činnost veřejné správy. Je zde také zobrazen vliv sportovního odvětví na ekonomiku a to jak z makroekonomického, tak i z mikroekonomického hlediska, na zaměstnanost a v poslední kapitole je popsán dopad velkých mezinárodních akcí na pořádající města. V praktické části je představeno město Valašské Klobouky, dopravní dostupnost, jeho historie, počet a věkové zastoupení obyvatel. Následně byla analyzována všechna sportovní zařízení a sportovní akce konané ve městě. V dalších částech byla provedena socioekonomická analýza, SWOT analýza sportovní infrastruktury a sportovních aktivit ve městě. Jako kvalitativní metody sběru dat byly provedeny rozhovory s představiteli veřejné správy Valašských Klobouk. Následně byl z veškerých dat vypracován návrh na rozšíření sportovní infrastruktury a to návrhem "Klobucké stezky" a sportovní akce "Jib contest". Pro tyto návrhy byly zpracovány i orientační náklady a možnosti jejich financování.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the sports infrastructure, sports activities in the town of Valašské Klobouky and bring them closer to the citizens. The theoretical part describes the basic terminology in the field of sport, sports le-gislation in the Czech Republic as well as the European Union. It also describes the different financing methods that can be used in the field of sport and the activities of public administration. It also illustrates the impact of the sport sector on the economy, both in macroeconomic and microeconomic terms, on employment, and the last chapter describes the impact of major international events on organizing cities. The practical part introduces the town of Valašské Klobouky, accessibility, its history, number and age representation ofits population. Subsequently, all sports facilities and sports events held in the city were analyzed. In other parts, socio-economic analysis, SWOT analysis of sports infrastructure and sports activities in the city were carried out. As qualitative methods of data collection, interviews with representatives of the public administration of Valašské Klobouky were conducted. Further, a proposal for the extension of the sports infrastructure was drawn up using the design of "Klobucké stezky" and sporting event "Jib contest". For these proposals, the indicative costs and funding options were also elaborated.
