Types of Sanctions in the Czech Criminal Law
Abstract:
Práce komplexně popisuje druhy trestů v českém trestním právu společně s tresty pro právnické osoby a uceleně tak seznamuje s danou problematikou trestání na našem území. Text obsahuje seznámení s historickým vývojem od dob nejstarších až po současnost. Závěr práce se zabývá návrhy nových trestních sankcí.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis describes the types of complex sentences in Czech criminal law, together with penalties for legal entities and comprehensively so acquainted with the issue of punishment in our country. The text contains introduction to the historical development from the earliest times to the present. The conclusion deals with proposals for new criminal sanctions.
