Abstract:

Cílem práce je pokusit se zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku ve znění: Jaký postoj mají dlouhodobě nezaměstnané osoby starší 50 let ke své životní situaci a jakým způsobem (strategiemi) ji řeší? V teoretické části práce jsou popsány související pojmy: faktory ovlivňující postavení osob 50+ na trhu práce včetně konceptu marginalizace, dlouhodobá nezaměstnanost, postoje a strategie dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob nad 50 let, je zde zmíněna i teorie segmentace pracovního trhu. V metodické části práce je popsána metoda, strategie a techniky využité pro výzkumné šetření. Empirická část práce obsahuje interpretované výsledky výzkumného šetření zaměřeného na zjišťování postojů dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných 50+ k různým aspektům situace dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a na jejich strategie, kterými tuto situaci řeší (nebo se pokoušejí řešit)

Helena Sulková Title of the diploma thesis: Attitudes and Strategies of Long-term Unemployed People over 50 Number of words of the basic text: 21 833 Key words: people 50+, labour market, long-term unemployment, handicaps on the labour market, labour market segmentation, marginalization in the labour market, attitudes, strategies This diploma thesis deals with the problem of long-term unemployment of people 50+, with marginalization of this group on the labour market and with handicaps of this group in the labour market. The aim of this thesis is to try to answer the main research question: What is the attitude of long-term unemployed people 50+ to their life situation and how (with what strategies) they solve this situation? The theoretical part describes the related terms and concepts: factors that influence the position of people 50+ in the labour market, the concept of marginalization, long-term unemployment, attitudes and strategies of long-term unemployed people 50+, the labour market segmentation theory is also mentioned. The methodical part describes the method, strategie and techniques used for research. The empirical part contains the interpreted results of the research focused on identifying attitudes of long-term unemployed people 50+ towards various aspects of long-term unemployment situation and on strategies by which they are tackling the situation (or try to tackle).
