Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní i technickou stránku oprávněného použití krátké kulové zbraně při služebním zákroku policistou. This bachelor´s thesis is a study of firearm use in the context of public law enforcement. In detail, we consider two sets of aspects; that is, first, legal aspects and, second, technical aspects concerning the use of the semi-automatic pistol.
