Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je autorizovaný inspektor v řízeních dle stavebního zákona. Na úvod je pojednáno o vzniku a vývoji profese a je uvedena platná právní úprava. Dále jsou vymezeny podmínky pro výkon činnosti autorizovaného inspektora, předpoklady vzniku, výkonu a zániku jeho funkce. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na činnost autorizovaného inspektora v řízeních dle stavebního zákona. Jedná se o zkrácené stavební řízení, změnu stavby před dokončením, povolování užívání staveb, dohled na provádění staveb a expertní součinnost. Teoretické poznatky jsou podpořeny aplikační praxí. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy dle lege ferenda.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is "The authorized inspector and proceedings according to the Building Act". The introduction deals with the origin and the evolution of this profession and also with the legal regulation of this profession. Then the preconditions and the conditions for the constitution, the performance and the termination of the authorized inspector's activity are defined. The main part of this thesis is focused on the authorized inspector's activity in proceeedings according to the Building Act. These proceedings are the abbreviated building permit application process, the change in the construction before its completion, the licensing for using of buildings, the supervision of the construction process and the expert cooperation. Theoretical knowledge is supported by the application practice. There are several suggestions "de lege ferenda" at the end of this thesis.
