Causes and symptoms of stress at pupils at the second grade of elementary school.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce ,,Příčiny a projevy stresu u žáků na druhém stupni ZŠ“ seznamuje s problematikou stresových situací na základní škole. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se problematiky stresu. První kapitola vymezuje, co jsou to stres a stresor a jejich působení na lidský organismus. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na stresové situace ve školním prostředí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována copingovým strategiím využívaných při zvládání stresu a jsou zde rovněž zmíněny obecné zásady prevence stresu. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část, která seznamuje s výsledky výzkumného šetření. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, co je pro žáky na druhém stupni základní školy nejčastějším zdrojem stresu, jakým způsobem se s ním vypořádávají a jaké jsou jeho projevy. Závěrečnou část předkládané diplomové práce tvoří didaktické zpracování dvou příprav vyučovacích hodin na téma stres.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis ,,Causes and symptoms of stress at pupils at the second grade of elementary school“ introduces the problems of stress situations at elementary school. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic terms related to stress. The first chapter defines what is stress and stressors and their effects on the human organism. The next chapter focuses on stressful situations in the school environment. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to coping strategies used in stress management and here also are mentioned the general principles of stress prevention. The theoretical part follows the practical part which presents the results of the survey. The aim of the survey is to find out what is the most common source of stress for pupils in the second grade of primary school, how they deal with it and what are its symptoms. The final part of the submitted diploma thesis consists of didactic processing of two lessons on the topic of stress.
