Possibilities of Modernizing Company's Car Fleet in the Company Odpady-Třídění-Recyklace a.s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem ''Možnosti modernizace vozového parku ve firmě Odpady-Třídění-Recyklace a.s.''. Obsah práce je rozdělen na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Obsahem teoretické části jsou témata týkající se udržitelnosti a udržitelného podnikání, jako je například vykazování nefinančního reportu firem. Další kapitola je zaměřena na udržitelnost v dopravě v České republice. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje kapitola věnující se podnikání v dopravě. Poslední dvě kapitoly teoretické části jsou zaměřeny na způsoby financování nákupu vozidel a na metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Praktická část této práce se věnuje zmapování aktuálního stavu vozového parku v dané firmě, dále jsou zde stanoveny kritéria nákupu a jejich váhy vypočítané za pomoci Saatyho metody stanovení vah kritérií. Následuje kapitola rozboru možných variant vozidel vhodných pro nákup. Další kapitola se věnuje ohodnocení jednotlivých variant vzhledem ke stanoveným kritériím a následnému vyhodnocení nejvhodnější varianty pomocí Metody váženého pořadí a Saatyho metody ohodnocení variant. V poslední části jsou výsledky zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic ''Possibilities of Modernizing the Vehicle Fleet in the Company Odpady-Třídění-Recyklace a.s.''. The content of the work is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical and practical parts. The content of the teoretical part is topic related to sustainability and sustainable business, such as reporting non-financial report of companies. The next chapter is focused on sustainability in transport in the Czech Republic. This chapter is followed by chapter devoted to business in transport. The last two chapters of the theoretical part are focused on methods of financing the purchase of vehicles and methods of multi-criteria decision making. The practical part of this work is dedicated to mapping the current state of the vehicle fleet in the given company, and the purchase criteria and their weights are determined here using Saaty's method of determining criteria weights, correspond to the chapter on the analysis of possible variants of vehicles for purchase. The next chapter is devoted to the evaluation of individual variant with respect to the criteria and the subsequent evaluation of variants using methods of weighted order and a variant of Saaty's evaluation method. In the last part, these results are evaluated.
