Abstract:
Cílem absolventské práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem se dá využít psychobiografický model péče při práci s klienty v pečovatelské službě a objevit, jak jsou výsledky z ní přenášeny do individuálních plánů. Hypotézou modelu je péče zaměřená na oživení psychiky seniorů, na jejich aktivizaci a na poskytování individualizované péče. The goal of the graduate thesis is to find out how the psychobiographical model of care can be used when working with clients in the nursing service and to discover how the results from it are transferred to individual plans.
