Unconventional natural herbal sweeteners
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo upozornit na netradiční a méně známá přírodní sladidla jako je steviosid, hernandulcin, taumatin, glycyrrhizin a další. Vedle těchto má poukázat i na uměle vyrobená sladidla. Práce má navrhnout alternativní rostlinné zdroje pro diabetiky a pro nemocné trpící nadváhou a obezitou.
Abstract:
The aim of this was to give notice to non-traditional and less known natural sweeteners such as stevioside, hernandulcin, thaumatin, glycyrrhizin and others. It also refers to artificial sweeteners. The thesis should propose alternative plant resources for diabetics, people with excess weight and obesity.
