Euthanasie: the legal and ethical aspects of human in the terminal phase

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje jednomu z nejdiskutovanějších témat současných diskuzí po celém světě a to otázce legalizace eutanazie. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře blíže s touto problematikou, tak aby byl schopen si utvořit vlastní názor a vytříbit si pohled na celou problematiku. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na seznámení s historií, současným stavem a se základními pojmy jako jsou Paliativní péče a pasivní či aktivní eutanazie. V neposlední řadě přináší pohled na právní a etické aspekty. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum široké veřejnosti formou dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky tohoto zkoumaní mají za cíl především vyvrátit či potvrdit hypotézy a ukázat pohled jednotlivých respondentů v otázce legalizace eutanazie.

Abstract:

This work addresses one of the most discussed topics of current discussions around the world and that the issue of legalization of euthanasia. The aim is to acquaint the reader closer to this issue and to be able to form their own opinion and refine the view of the whole issue. In the theoretical part of the work focuses on familiarization with the history, current state and the basic terms such as palliative care or active and passive euthanasia. Last but not least, look at the legal and ethical aspects. Practical research focuses on the general public in the form of a questionnaire survey. The results of this examination are intended to confirm or refute the above hypothesis and show individual respondents view on the issue of legalizing euthanasia.
