Předmětem této diplomové práce je rozbor právní úpravy rady obce v českém obecním zřízení. Obecní problematiku a právní vymezení jejich orgánů považuji za zajímavou oblast správního práva, ve které zvažuji své budoucí uplatnění. The purpose of thesis is the analysis of municipal legal regulation in the Czech municipal establishment.
