Abstract:

Řízení autoevaluace školy na případu základní školy Anotace Diplomová práce se soustředí na procesy a jevy související s řízením autoevaluace školy na případu málotřídní školy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy spojenými se školským managementem a specifickým postavením školy jako organizace. Blíže se zabývá plánováním a realizací autoevaluace ve smyslu strategie řízení kvality školy. Přibližuje zahraniční i české zkušenosti s autoevaluačním procesem. Poslední část teoretické části se zaměřuje na specifické postavení málotřídní školy v síti základních škol. Druhá empirická část sleduje procesy a jevy, které determinují autoevaluační činnost na konkrétní málotřídní škole v kontextu jejích specifických podmínek pro řízení a vedení školy. Sleduje průběh vlastního hodnocení a vztah autoevaluačních procesu ke kvalitě školy.

Abstract:

Management school self-evaluation on a case primary school Annotation The Diploma thesis is focused on the processes and phenomena related to the management of school self-evaluation on a case small school with composite classes. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts associated with the school management and specific role of the school as an organization. The theoretical part is focused on the planning and implementation of self-evaluation in terms of quality control strategy school. The theoretical part is approached foreign and Czech experiences with self-evaluation process. The last part of the theoretical part is focused on the specific situation of small school with composite classes in a network of primary schools. The second empirical part follows the processes and the phenomena that determine the self-evaluation activity of the specific small school with composite classes in the context of their specific conditions for the control and management of the school. This part monitors the self-review and self-evaluation process relationship to the quality of the school.
