Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Dluhopisy v české praxi“ je rozbor právních a faktických aspektů emise dluhopisů v českém právu. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na aplikaci posledních dvou novel zákona o dluhopisech. Struktura práce vychází chronologicky z průběhu emise dluhopisů. The goal of the submitted bachelor‘s thesis “Bonds in the Czech Practise“ is analysis of legal and factual aspects of bond issues in Czech law. Particular emphasis is placed on the application of recent two amendments to the Act on Bonds. The structure of the thesis is based on chronological process of bond issues.
