Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o právní úpravě členství ve spolku v České republice. Za účelem analýzy všech právních aspektů se budeme věnovat především úpravě vzniku a zániku tohoto právního vztahu a dále právům a povinnostem příslušejícím jeho subjektům. Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis describes the legislation of membership of associations in Czech Republic. For the purpose of analysis of all aspects of legistation we will focus mostly on formation and extinction of this legal relationship and on its rights and duties belonging to its subjects.
