Abstract:
Celá bakalářská práce je rozdělena do 11 samostatných kapitol, u kterých jsem se pokusil o jejich logickou návaznost s posloupným propojením do jednoho kompaktního bloku. Za stěžejní oddíly mé práce považuji kapitoly o charakteristice správního práva trestního, hmotně právní a procesně právní úpravě přestupků, zvláštních druzích řízení, opravných prostředcích a námětu k úvaze de lege ferenda.

The whole bachelor thesis is divided into 11 separate chapters within which I tried to preserve their logical interconnectedness with the subsequent interconnection into one compact block.
