Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci je zpracován podnikatelský plán na otevření penzionu. Plán je vypracován důkladně s vědomím, že může být použit jako předloha pro následnou realizaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační. Teoretická část se zabývá základními informacemi o podnikatelském plánu, jeho účelu, obsahu a struktuře. Informace použité v teoretické části byly získány z odborné literatury a také studiem na Vysoké škole technické a ekonomické v Českých Budějovicích. V praktické části jsou tyto informace použity při sestavování konkrétního podnikatelského plánu, který je doplněn o hodnocení rizik této realizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a creation of a business plan for opening a hotel. The plan is prepared thoroughly and could be used as a pattern for its realization. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a theoretical base of the business plan – the purpose, the contents and the structure. The information and data used in the literature search were collected from the specialized literature and during the study at the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice. In the practical part, the data were used to create a particular business plan, including the evaluation of all the risks and the threats during the realization.
