Abstract:
Petra Rodová "Psychycká úskalí pedagogů – syndrom vyhoření" Klíčová slova – stres, příznaky , prevence, léčba , odolnost proti zátěži, speciální školství. Bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií stresu a syndromu vyhoření , zaměřuji se na práci pedagogů ve speciálním školství. Ve výzkumu ověřuji závislost věku, povahy a spokojenosti respondentů na příznacích syndromu vyhoření.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the theory of stress and burn-out syndrome, focusing on the work of teachers in special education. The research checking dependency age, nature and the satisfaction of the respondents to the signs of burn-out syndrome.
