DNA as evidence to prove the innocence of a convicted person
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá popsáním DNA, její struktury a funkce. Okrajově zde popisuji krev a použití krevních testů. Popisuji zde také DNA test, vznik tohoto testu a popisuji jeho používání jako důkazní prostředek. Práce obsahuje popsání sbírání biologických materiálů a jejich manipulaci. Uvádím ve své práci několik příkladu, kdy DNA test pomohl k osvobození již odsouzených vězňů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the description of DNA, its structure and function. Peripherally I describe blood and the use of blood tests. I also describe the DNA test, the origin of the test and its use as a means of evidence. The thesis includes a description of the collection of biological materials and their handling.
