Deadline for Tax Assessment
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce vymezuje pojem lhůta pro stanovení daně, poukazuje na její význam a charakterizuje právní úkony, které mají vliv na její běh. Práce také analyzuje vývoj legislativy, srovnává lhůtu pro stanovení daně podle daňového řádu s předchozím zákonem. Cílem práce je pomocí praktických příkladů a vybrané judikatury identifikovat problematická ustanovení těchto právních předpisů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis defines the deadline for tax assessment, points out its importance and characterises legal acts that have an impact on its duration. The thesis also analyzes development of legislation, compares the deadline for tax assessment according to the Tax Code with the antecedent legislation.
