The Treatment of In-Stent Restenosis
Abstract:
Podkladem disertace je prospektivní randomizovaná non-inferioritní studie, jejímž cílem bylo porovnat účinnost terapie in-stent restenos v bare metal stentech pomocí paclitaxel-eluting balonkových katetrů a everolimus-eluting stentů. Abstract:
The aim of this prospective randomized non-inferiority study was to compare the efficacy of paclitaxel-eluting balloon catheters and everolimus-eluting stents in the treatment of bare metal stent restenosis. The use of paclitaxel-eluting balloon catheters led to significantly less 12-month late lumen loss than the implantation of second generation everolimus-eluting stents.
