Cieľom bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť zmeny v oblasti motivačných systémov zamestnancov a poukázať na dôležitosť odmeňovania pre zlepšenie postavenia kaviarne Aura na trhu práce. V teoretickej časti sa práca bude zameriavať na motiváciu, jej vývoj, systémy, formy a programy motivujúce zamestnancov.
