Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na azylovou a migrační politiku České republiky. V teoretické části jsou popisovány současné právní normy a předpisy, které tuto politiku určují a dále pak historie a vývoj azylové politiky v České republice. The diploma thesis focuses on the asylum and the migration policy in the Czech republic. In theoretical part contemporary legal rules and directives of migration problems are discussed and history and evolution of migration policy in the Czech republic are also conducted.
