Bakalářská práce se zabývá hypoxií indukovaným faktorem a jeho vlivem na kmenové buňky. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the hypoxia-induced factor and its effect on stem cells. It describes the main features of the factor and the mechanisms by which the factor contributes to the regulation of stem cell. It summarizes the findings concerning the importance of hypoxia-induced factor for stem cells on the basis of available resources, as the stem cells could become a valuable contribution in the future …more
