Abstract:

Významnou roli v integračním procesu mají instituce EU. Předmětem práce je popis a analýza transformace evropských institucí, reforma zakládajících smluv a právního řádu Unie. V teoretické části jsou čtenáři poskytnuty informace o institucích EU - jejich struktuře, pravomocích a vývoji. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá problémy institucí, navrhuje řešení a uvádí možné trendy vývoje institucí EU. Empirická část se zaměřuje na zájem a názory české veřejnosti na chod EU. Bylo zjištěno, že veřejnost si je vědoma svých volebních práv, zná své zástupce a sleduje, jak hlasují. Navzdory tomu, že je veřejnost nespokojena s chodem EU, volí možnost setrvání v EU.

Abstract:

Important role in the integration process is played by the EU institutions. The subject of the thesis are description and analysis of the transformation of the European institutions, reforms of the founding treaties and the law of the Union. The theoretical part provides the reader with an overview of the EU institutions, their structure, competences and development. At the end, the theoretical part deals with problems of the institutions, provides solutions and indicates potential trends of the EU institutions developement. The empirical part deals with the interests and opinions of the Czech public on the EU functioning EU. The results provided that the public is aware of their electoral rights, know their representatives and watches how they vote. Although the public is not satisfied with the functioning of the EU chooses the option to remain in the Union.

Významnú úlohu v integračnom proces zohrávajú inštitúcie EÚ. Predmetom práce je popis a analýza transformácie európskych inštitúcii, reforma zakladajúcich zmlúv a právneho poriadku Únie. V teoretickej časti je čitateľovi poskytnutý prehľad inštitúcií EÚ, ich štruktúry, právomocí a vývoja. Záver teoretickej časti sa zaoberá problémami inštitúcií, poskytuje riešenia a uvádza možné trendy vývoja inštitúcií EÚ. Empirická časť sa zaoberá záujmom a názorom českej verejnosti na chod EÚ. Zistilo sa, že verejnosť si je vedomá svojich volebných práv, pozná svojich zástupcov a sleduje ako hlasujú. Napriek tomu, že je nespokojná s chodom EÚ, volí možnosť zotrvania v Únii.
