Diplomová práce bude zaměřena na trest zákazu činnosti v českém trestním právu. Tento trest tvoří důležitou a významnou alternativu k nepodmíněnému trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem mé práce je zanalyzovat právní úpravu trestu zákazu činnosti s ohledem na jeho jednotlivé dílčí části. This diploma thesis concerns punishment of disqualification in the Czech criminal law. This penalty constitutes an important and significant alternative to an unconditional imprisonment. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze legislation of punishment of disqualifications with regard to its individual parts.
