Bakalářská práce si dala za úkol zjistit vymezení právní úpravy finančního arbitra, popis jednotlivých oblastí, do nichž finanční arbitr vstupuje a charakteristiku řízení před arbitrem jak v České republice, tak ve Švýcarsku. The bachelor thesis focuses on tasks like determination of legislation of financial ombudsman, description of financial ombudsman´s activity areas and characteristics of financial ombudsman´s proceedings solved by Czech financial ombudsman and also by Swiss financial ombudsmen.
