Monitoring the effect of polyphenolic substances on the properties of tissue cultures
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zjišťuje vliv kyseliny gallové a epigalokatechin galátu na proliferační potenciál B buněčné linie C1R, a to metodami analýzou buněk v reálném čase pomocí přístroje IncuCyte, průtokovou cytometrií a pomocí programu ImageJ. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis investigates the effect of gallic acid and epigallocatechin gallate on the proliferation potential of the B cell line C1R, using the methods of real-time cell analysis using the IncuCyte device, flow cytometry and the ImageJ program.
