Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice financování rozvoje přenosové soustavy z externích zdrojů. Provozovatel přenosové soustavy má sestavený 12letý strategický investiční plán na obnovu a rozvoj přenosové soustavy na období 2013 - 2025. Provozovatel není schopen tento strategický investiční plán pokrýt vlastními zdroji z důvodu zvýšené finanční náročnosti. Proto k zajištění jeho financování musí využít kombinace vlastního a cizího kapitálu. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou uvedeny možné nástroje financování podniku z externích zdrojů a způsoby optimalizace kapitálové struktury podniku. V praktické části je zpracována varianta financování investičního plánu z externích zdrojů navržená diplomantem. Nákladovost této varianty je následně porovnána s variantami vzešlými z modelu financování používaného provozovatelem přenosové soustavy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of funding of development of the transmission systém from external sources. The transmission system operator has assembled a 12year strategic investment plan to renew and develop the transmission system for the period 2013 – 2025. The operator is unable to cover strategic investment plan with its own sources due to higher financial demand. That‘s why the both equity and external capital must be used to ensure its financing. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the possible instruments of corporate financing by external sources and ways to optimize the capital structure of the company. In the practical part of the thesis is described an option of financing the investment plan by external sources designed by the diploma author. The expediture of this option is comapared with the other options stemming from the funding model used by the operator.
