Business Plan - Event and Wedding Agency Start-Up

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského záměru na založení svatební a event agentury, která bude mít pobočku v Brně, ale bude působit v celé České republice. V první části bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k pochopení dalších částí práce, a to analytické a praktické. Analytická část obsahuje informace o analýze trhu, na kterém bude podnik působit. V další části, praktické, je navržený podnikatelský plán pro konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je dospět k závěru, jestli je podnik konkurenceschopný a rentabilní.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis presents a business plan for an event and wedding agency start-up, based in Brno, but operating all over the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background related to the remaining parts of the thesis, that is the analytical and the practical part. The analytical part contains an analysis of the market on which the company is to operate. The following, practical, part proposes the company’s business plan. The aim of the thesis is to analyse whether the company is able to compete and profit
