The Mapping of activities connected with traditional folk culture in the Zlín Region in terms of fulfilling the goals of conceptual and strategic documents in a culture

Abstract:

Cíl této diplomové práce je zjistit aktuální stav konkrétních aktivit v oblasti tradiční lidové kultury ve Zlínském kraji a jejich souvislost s naplňováním cílů v podpoře a zachování tradiční lidové kultury ve zkoumaném regionu. Teoretická část DP je věnována analýzám strategických dokumentů v kultuře vydaných organizací UNESCO, Ministerstvem kultury České republiky a v neposlední řadě Zlínským krajem. Dále jsou podrobně rozebrány tři aktuálně platné koncepční dokumenty kraje a především zkoumána aplikace péče o tradiční lidovou kulturu a soulad regionálních dokumentů s národními a mezinárodními dokumenty. V praktické části DP jsou dále zpracována data získaná spoluprací s odbornými pracovníky pověřeného Regionálního pracoviště pro péči o TLK Zlínského kraje v Uherském Hradišti a informace o hospodaření odboru kultury Krajského úřadu Zlínského kraje. Důraz je kladen na plnění konkrétních úloh vyplývajících z dokumentů, a také na financování, z těchto informací vyplyne, nakolik jsou strategické materiály naplňovány. V praktické části je dále věnován prostor návrhu projektu „Folklórní mapa Zlínského kraje“. V závěru jsou naržena doporučení na zlepšení péče o tradiční lidovou kulturu.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the current state of specific activities in the field of traditional folk culture in the Zlín region and their connection with the fulfillment of goals in the support and preservation of traditional folk culture in the studied region. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of strategic documents in culture issued by UNESCO, the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and, last but not least, the Zlín Region. Furthermore, the three currently valid conceptual documents of the region are analyzed in detail and, above all, the application of care for traditional folk culture and the compliance of regional documents with national and international documents is examined. In the practical part of the thesis, the data obtained in cooperation with experts from the authorized Regional Office for the care of tradictional culture of the Zlín Region in Uherské Hradiště and information on the management of the Department of Culture of the Regional Office of the Zlín Region are further processed. Emphasis is placed on the fulfillment of specific tasks arising from the documents, as well as on funding, from this information it will be shown to what extent the strategic materials are fulfilled. The practical part is also devoted to the design of the project "Folklore map of the Zlín region". In the end, recommendations are made to improve the care of traditional folk culture.
