Ve své bakalářské práci s názvem Aplikace neurčitých právních pojmů ve správ-ním řádu jsem se zaměřila hlavně jazykový a teleologický výklad, aplikaci a její příklady u vybraných pojmů veřejný zájem a přiměřená lhůta, které jsou obsaže-ny právě ve správním řádu.
