Abstract:

Anotace Myslíková, Pavla „Manažerské dovednosti manažera 21. století“ Praha, 2010, 103s. Obsahem práce je analýza manažerského chování v Čechách. Na základě analýzy bylo potvrzeno, že manažeři, kteří se účastnili výzkumu využívají ke své práci moderní manažerské styly, především týmový management. Dá se předpokládat, že stejný trend je v celé společnosti. Obsah: 1. Ekonomické myšlení – vývoj v kontextu s ekonomickými reformami v Československu do roku 1995 2. Organizační rozvoj – podniková kultura 3. Cíle manažerů a organizací 4. Manažerské chování a efektivita 5. Role manažera – podstata řízení a vedení 6. Analýza současného manažerského chování 7. Charakteristika respondentů 8. Popis použitých metod 9. Šetření výsledků dotazníku a 2 – test nezávislosti v kontingenční tabulce 10. Shrnutí výsledků – slovní hodnocení

Abstract:

Anotation Myslíková, Pavla „Managerial skills of manager in the 21th century“ Praha, 2010, 103s. The content of my work is analysis of managerial behavior in Czech Rep. Based on this analysis it was confirmed, that managers, who have been involved in investigation, use in their job modern managerial styles, especially team management. We can assume, that there is the same trend in society. Table of contents: 1. economic thinking – evolution in context with economical reforms in Czechoslovakia till 1995 2. organizational development – corporate culture 3. manager´s and company´s targets 4. managerial behavior and efficiency 5. manager´s role – merits of management and leadership 6. current managerial behavior analysis 7. respondents characteristics 8. description of used methods 9. questionnaire results investigation and test of independence in pivot table
