Abstract:

Mezi hlavní cíle této práce patří popsání aktuálního stavu v nákupech přes internet v České republice, rozebrání práv, na která mají nakupující v e-commerce nárok a z výsledků ankety zanalyzovat návyky Čechů při nákupu online. Skládá se z teoretické části, ve které jsou popsána práva nakupujících a povinnosti prodejců. Na to navazují rozdíly mezi kamennými obchody a e-shopy. Jsou zde popsána i místa, kde se mohou zákazníci o svých právech informovat a domáhat se jich. V praktické části bude ověření, jestli tato pravidla fungují i v praxi, popsání nadstandardních služeb, které některé e-shopy nabízejí a dotazníkové šetření, které se pokusí zjistit, kolik lidí opravdu přes internet nakupuje, jestli znají svá práva a jestli je využívají. Autor práce si jako cílovou skupinu dotazníku zvolil osoby do 34 let.

Abstract:

The main goals of this thesis include a description of the current situation of purchases over the Internet in the Czech Republic, analysis of the rights to which customers have claim in e-commerce and last but not least to analyze the habits of the Czechs in the purchase online from results of a survey. It consists of a theoretical part, which describes the rights of buyers and obligations of vendors. It continues with the differences between stone shops and e-shops. There are also describe places where customers can find information about their rights and demand them. The practical part will verify if these rules work well in practice, describing the extra services that some e-shops offer then a survey, which tries to determine how many people really over the internet purchases if they know their rights, and if it is used. It consists of a theoretical part, which describes the rights and obligations of sellers and shoppers. It then continues on the differences between the stone shops and e-shops. There are described as places where customers can inform about their rights and demand them.The author of the work chose as a target group of the questionnaire people of 34 years of age.
