Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce bude analýza podniku dle zvolených kritérií určujících životní fázi podniku a návrh konkrétního opatření či inovace vhodné pro daný podnik v závislosti na výsledku analýzy. V první části budou představeny různé modely životního cyklu podniku, životní fáze podniku a s nimi spojené typické problémy.
