The communication between a teacher of kindergarten and a parent

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací učitele mateřské školy s rodiči. Teoretická část přibližuje obecně verbální a neverbální komunikaci, chyby a konflikty v komunikaci. Dále popisuje osobnost učitele v mateřské škole, cíle a úkoly předškolního vzdělávání. Praktická část bakalářské práce pojednává o nejčastějších potížích při komunikaci a následně přibližuje nejvhodnější řešení těchto situací. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda je komunikace mezi učiteli mateřské školy a rodiči kvalitní. Dalšími dílčími cíli je zmapovat ochotu rodičů s učiteli spolupracovat, zda mají zájem společně komunikovat a řešit problémy svých dětí. Ve výzkumné části bakalářské práce byly vedeny rozhovory s učiteli mateřských škol a rodiči dětí navštěvujících mateřskou školu. Postoje a názory získané z rozhovorů byly následně v praktické části bakalářské práce vyhodnoceny a porovnány.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with communication between teacher and parents in kindergarten. The theoretical part is generally focused on explanation of the verbal and nonverbal communication and communication conflicts and errors. It also describes the role (personality) of the teacher in kindergarten, objectives and tasks of preschool education. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the most common communication errors and defines appropriate solutions of mentioned issues. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine whether the way of communication between teachers and parents is appropriately chosen. Other sub-objectives are to explore the willingness of parents to cooperate with teachers, whether parents are interested in communication with teachers and actively solve the issues relating to education of their children. The research part of the bachelor thesis was focused on interviews with kindergarten teachers and parents of children attending kindergarten. Attitudes and opinions obtained from interviews were evaluated and compared with each other in the practical part of bachelor thesis.
