Anotace:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the Emaar Properties, which operates and located in the United Arab Emirates. The purpose of this bachelor's work is to undertake a strategic analysis of Emaar Properties's business in the United Arab Emirates, evaluate the efficiency of the company's current strategy, and provide ideas for enhancing that plan. The bachelor's thesis includes both a theoretical and a practical parts. In the theoretical part of a bachelor's thesis, methods and instruments are stated and described. The practical part implements the theoretical part's approaches, such as the PEST analysis of the macroenvironment, the Porter's five forces analysis, the competitive life cycle analysis of the industry, and market segmentation for the microenvironment. It is then followed by the analysis of internal resources, a SWOT analysis, scenario planning, and recommendations.
