Tato bakalářská práce je věnována popisu savčí buněčné linii HepG2 konkrétně buněčné linii HepG2. Úvodní část je zaměřena na přehled a popis jednotlivých živočišných buněčných kultur, dále na kultivaci savčích buněk včetně kultivačních médií a poslední kapitola je zaměřena na buněčné modely. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of mammalian cells, specifically the HepG2 cell line. The introduction is focused on an overview and description of individual animal cell cultures, the cultivation of mammalian cells, including culture media, and the last chapter on cell models.
