Abstract:

Diplomová práce Ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce analyzuje postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na pracovních trzích a zabývá se problematikou jejich zaměstnávání. Pozornost je věnována přímo zaměstnavatelům a jejich vztahům k osobám se zdravotním postižením. První část práce vymezuje základní pojmy a specifikuje problémy osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Druhá část je věnována vztahům mezi zaměstnavateli a osobami se zdravotním postižením a nástroji podpory k jejich zaměstnávání. Následující část se podrobně zabývá povinnostmi zaměstnavatelů ve vztahu k zaměstnávání OZP. Ve čtvrté části je zpracováno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na zkušenosti zaměstnavatelů z okresu Žďár nad Sázavou se zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením. Následuje několik příkladů dobré praxe. Závěrečná část je věnována návrhům na změnu systému problematiky zaměstnávání OZP.

Abstract:

Diploma work Threatened groups at the labour market analyses the position of the disabled people at labour market and deals with the problems with their employing. The attention is drawn directly to the employers and their relations to the disabled people. The first part of the work defines the basic terms and specifies the problems of the disabled people at the labour market. The second part deals with the relations between the employers and the disabled people and ways of support for their employing. The following part deals in detail with commitments of the employers in relation to employing of the disabled people. In the fourth part there is a questionnaire research focused on the experience of the employers from the district of Žďár nad Sázavou with employing of the disabled people. There are several good examples from the real life. The final part offers the suggestions for the changing of the system in disabled people employing.
