The Poetic Function of the Gracioso: Analysis of the Dialogue Functions of the Gracioso in the Plays of Lope de Vega Focusing on the Poetic Function

Abstract:

The thesis tries to investigate the dialogues with the poetic function of the character of 'gracioso' in three plays of Lope de Vega ("La francesilla", "La discreta enamorada" and "El perro del hortelano"). The aim of the analysis is to determine what percentage have such dialogues of the character in the plays, what are the specifics of his poetic language and how do they describe the character.

Abstract:

Práce zkoumá dialogy s poetickou funkcí u postavy "graciosa" ve třech hrách Lopeho de Vegy ("La francesilla", "La discreta enamorada" a "El perro del hortelano"). Cílem rozboru bylo zjistit, jaké procentuální zastoupení mají takové dialogy u dané postavy, jaké poetické prostředky používá a jak se jejich prostřednictvím charakterizuje.
