Marketing research of customer satisfaction with services in a selected company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením spokojenosti zákazníků se službami ve vybrané společnosti. Práce nabízí teoretický vhled do problematiky spokojenosti zákazníků, jejího měření pomocí různých metod a vychází z rešerše literatury a zahraničních studií, které poskytují ucelený obraz o metodách meření spokojenosti zákazníků. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků společnosti Crown Worldwide Movers s.r.o. s relokačními službami a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení poskytovaných služeb. Ke sběru dat bude využito kvantitativní metody, konkrétně písemného dotazování. Sesbíraná data budou vyhodnocena v programu SPSS Statistics od společnosti IBM a dále pomocí vybraných modelů pro měření spokojenosti zákazníků, konkrétně modelu „pouze spokojenost“, „důležitost-spokojenost“, diferenční analýzy a indexu spokojenosti zákazníků (CSI). Závěry a doporučení této studie by měla společnost CWM vzít v potaz a případně je implementovat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of customer satisfaction with services in selected company. The thesis offers a theoretical insight into the issues of customer satisfaction, its measurement using various methods, and it is based on a literature and foreign studies research that provides a comprehensive picture of the methods of measuring customer satisfaction. The aim of the thesis is to find out the satisfaction of the customers of Crown Worldwide Movers s.r.o. with relocation services and to suggest recommendations for improving the services provided. Quantitative methods, specifically written questioning, will be used to collect data. The collected data will be evaluated by IBM's SPSS Statistics program and selected models for measuring customer satisfaction, specifically the "only satisfaction," "Importance-Satisfaction", Differential Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) will be used. Conclusions and recommendations of this study should be taken into consideration by CWM and, if applicable, implemented.
