An Analysis of Bacterial Translocation in Laboratory Biological Liver Tissue Material

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkoumání mikroorganismů uvnitř jaterní oblasti laborator-ního biologického materiálu se zaměřením na identifikaci aerobních a anaerobních bakterií. Matematickým vyjádřením bude provedena analýza výše uvedené mikroflóry a její vliv na změnu tělesné teploty v procesu smrti biologického materiálu. Z výsledků identifikace bak-terií se následně určí druh mikroorganismů, který se nejvíce podílí na bakteriální translokaci uvnitř i na povrchu jaterní tkáně. Verifikací a validací získaných hodnot práce vyústí k od-bornému závěru v oblasti vlivu bakteriální translokace vyšetřované oblasti laboratorního materiálu po úmrtí. Výsledkem uvedeného zkoumání je ověření metody stanovení doby úmrtí a jeho následné využití v oblasti forenzní kriminalistiky.

Abstract:

Bachelor work is focused on exploring microorganisms inside the liver in laboratory biolo-gical material focusing on the identification of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in the studied area. Mathematical formulation will analyze the aforementioned microflora and its influence on changes in body temperature in the death process biological material. The results identify the bacteria is then determined by the type of bacteria that contributes most to bacterial translocation inside and on the surface of liver tissue. Verification and validation of the va-lues obtained work leads to professional conclusion on the impact of bacterial translocation investigated in laboratory material. The result of this examination will verify the method of determining the time of death and its subsequent use in forensic criminalistics.
