Abstract:
Při zpracování bakalářské práce pomocí odborné literatury a vlastního úsudku posuzují obhajitelností argumentů Nejvyššího soudu. Práce je zaměřena především na právní úpravu dané problematiky, mimo jiné také na novelu obchodního zákoníku a na novelu zákona o obchodních společnostech a družstvech, které souběh připouští.
Abstract:
When processing the thesis using the literature and assess the defensibility own judgment of the Supreme Court arguments. The work is mainly focused on the regulation of the issue, among other things, the amendment to the Commercial Code and to amend the law on commercial companies and cooperatives, which allows overlapping.
